High quality, well trained people are the backbone of our company. All our care staff undertake our intensive induction course – and it doesn’t end there. Our ongoing training programme ensures that our staff are continuously updated through a range of courses, including those specific to the needs of individual clients.

Staff are trained in using a wide variety of care equipment including hoists, stand and turn aids, profile beds and wheelchairs. Staff also receive training and are continually assessed in various moving and handling techniques to ensure maximum safety and comfort at all times for our service users. All our team leaders have also been trained as moving and handling and care assessors, allowing us the flexibility to update and adjust care plans as soon as it becomes necessary to do so.
