Using services that provide social support enables people with learning disabilities, mobility issues and other challenging conditions to live more fulfilling lives.

We support people who have a wide range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other challenging conditions to live the life they choose, gain increased independence and achieve their goals and ambitions.

We are experts in communicating with those who find it hard to be heard. We listen to what people and their families tell us. We are committed to supporting people with even the most complex needs to be part of their community, enabling them to have greater choice and control, and to live an ordinary life.

We can pop in once or twice a week, daily or provide full live in care services. Our care workers have practical experience of meeting a wide range of complex care and support needs for people receiving care in the community. They are fully trained to respond to different communication needs and support people living with dementia, autistic spectrum disorders, physical disabilities and sensory impairment.
