Of course, the single most important relationship is with you our client and this principle extends to your family and carer. We believe that promoting strong, solution focused relationships where everybody is valued and respected is one our organisations strongest assets.
When we find good staff members we make sure they feel valued. High standards of training, counselling and regular team meetings are some of the benefits of being an Oran private carer.
We require all our carers to have, or work towards, a qualification in Health and Social Care. In fact, we value qualifications so much that we are now accredited by SQA to deliver S.V.Q. Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care to all our staff.
